Effective immediately, any content provider using Mdundo.com has a period of three (3) years to raise any royalty payment disputes. Please note that the three-year window starts from the date of the transaction.
Following this period all historical reporting older than three years shall be archived and any disputes that are older than three years will not be eligible for review.
